K & M Civil Services Pty Ltd is a small family based company that has been working within the utilities industry for over 15 years now and was established in 2006 by Kenneth Reilly & Michelle Reilly.
Originally we got the concept for the company after talking to different project managers within the water utility industry. We noticed there were a lot obligations these managers had to undertake everyday to ensure the smooth running of their companies. Most of them we talked to basically mentioned they struggled to keep up with their deadlines, short cuts were made, things were always missed and sometimes large mistakes were made costing their companies thousands of dollars every year.
We then realized there maybe other struggling utility companies that potentially need the same type of services as the water utility industry required, thus K & M Civil Services Pty Ltd was formed. We used the 10 years experience we had gained in information technology/security industry and started our Video Dilapidation Report service allowing project managers to have more time in hand, whilst saving their companies money by protecting them against insurance claims and fictitious complaints.

We treat all our customers with high professional standards and will always give you great details how we will coordinate with your company and how each of our services we provide can help you. When there is any problem with any of the services we provide we guarantee a staff member will have your issue solved within 24 hours of reporting your complaint. Availability
Construction work is very unpredictable, jobs can be placed on hold and new jobs can start with a only a few days of notice. Work site packages need approximately 7 - 14 days to prepare. Notice deliveries need to have at least 24 hours notice before its delivered. In some case's same day orders can be delivered if the delivery run for that paricular day is not booked out.
